SMU's employability programme ACE (Acquiring Competencies for Employment) aims to match the recruitment needs of companies with high potential job seekers by identifying key skills requested by employers and training candidates to make them quickly operational.
ACE includes an accelerated training cycle coupled with an apprenticeship that aims to train 2,000 young graduates by 2024.

Offer participants the opportunity to apply what they have learned during their training through a 10-week business immersion with a month of internship at the end of the program.
